PROGRAMS

1 We worked with Drinking Water Bore-wells in the rural slum poor communities in Chakrayapet Mandal, Kadapa, YSR District, Andhra Pradesh, India,” supported by various donors from England. CRYS has been completed 20 Drinking water hand pump bore-wells.

2. Now we are working with “Basic education programme for the socio-economic backward rural school-away girls children” aided byProjekthilfe Dr. Luppa, Germany

3. We worked with Eye Health Care and 50 Cataract Surgeries aided by The BESOM, London

4. We worked with Catholic Medical Missionary Society (CMMS), UK for 20 Cataract Surgeries.

5 C.R.Y.S. implemented “Education to the Freed up working children” supported by Ontario Teachers Federation, Canada. We have distributed Study materials to 25 poor children. And we have conducted pre primary education classes to these 25 drop out children.

6 We conducted Eye Health camps for the children in the slum and rural areas where as the backward classes and other people are residing. We utilized the services of a qualified Eye specialist Doctor and his Medical team. We conducted Eye Health Tests and identified the cases of eye diseases and referred them to the suitable medical care units in the Eye Health and Medical care units in the District Head Quarters.

7 We have distributed freely the Braille education material to 60 blind children in Kadapa.

8 CRYS organisation provided medical care to the 50 visually ailing children belonged to poor families in the rural areas of Kadapa and CRYS conducted 30 cataract surgeries to the poor people in Vempalli of Kadapa district.

9 C.R.Y.S. implemented “Women Empowerment Programme” aided by Karuna vzw, Belgium. This programme implemented in 5 villages of Chennur mandal of Kadapa District.

10 CRYS implemented a Project viz., “Education to the poor children” supported by “Catholic Teachers Association, Canada”. Under this project CRYS provided education and nutrition food to the poor children.

11 CRYS organized “Environment Awareness Programme” supported by Deccan Development Society, (D.D.S), Ministry of Forests and Environments, Government of India.

12 CRYS implemented Women and Children’s Rights Protection and Development programme.

13 CRYS conducted Health camps and Primary Health Care Services in remote villages.

14 CRYS implemented Educational activities in 20 villages of Kadapa district.

15 And CRYS also implemented various kinds of self-employment and self-development activities, Skill upgradation activities etc., in rural, tribal and slum areas of Kadapa district.

And many other educational, health, environmental and poverty relief programmes were conducted by our C.R.Y.S. organisation.
